• Dusting & Detail: Ceiling fans, light fixtures, blinds, window sills, and lock ledges.
• Surface Care: Moldings, woodwork, baseboards, lampshades, and picture frames.
• Furniture: All surfaces dusted and polished to a shine.
• Kitchen Excellence: Exterior of appliances cleaned, stovetops scrubbed, countertops and backsplashes washed, and sinks disinfected.
• Sanitized Bathrooms: Sinks, counters, and fixtures sanitized; toilets, tubs, showers, and tiles scrubbed and disinfected.
• Bed & Bath: All mirrors cleaned, wastebaskets emptied and relined, and one set of bed sheets changed.
• Floors & Stairs: Thorough vacuuming and mopping of all floor surfaces and stairs.

Home Readiness: To provide the most thorough clean, we ask that the home be somewhat "picked up" and in order. This allows our team to focus on deep cleaning your surfaces rather than organizing clutter.

Right Service for the Right Job: This maintenance service is designed for homes that are already in good condition. It is not recommended for Move-In/Move-Out needs or homes requiring a first-time Deep Clean.

* We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted w/ an extension duster we cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster. Most homes have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand.
